All fees paid to FirstBrix for our services are non-refundable. Once a payment is made for any of our services, you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason.


Services for Homeowners

Our core contractor matching service is provided free of charge to homeowners. As no payment is collected from homeowners for this service, the concept of a refund is not applicable.


Services for Contractor Partners

Our revenue is generated through fees paid by our contractor partners. This may include, but is not limited to, partnership fees, lead generation fees, or commission on projects.

  • All Fees Are Final: Any and all payments made by a contractor partner to FirstBrix are final.

  • No Refunds for Leads or Partnerships: We do not offer refunds on fees paid for leads, subscriptions, or partnership plans, regardless of whether the lead results in a finalized project or the contractor chooses to stop using our platform. The fees cover the operational costs of verification, platform maintenance, and providing you with project opportunities.

By making a payment to FirstBrix, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund. We are committed to providing high-quality project leads and a valuable platform experience for our partners.
