General Terms & Conditions (Applicable to All Vendors)

1.1. Role of Firstbrix: Firstbrix operates an online marketplace that connects homeowners with service providers. Firstbrix is not a party to any agreement between the Vendor and the homeowner. Firstbrix is not an employer, agent, or insurer of any Vendor.

1.2. Registration & Verification: You must register an account, providing accurate and complete information about your business, skills, and experience. You must submit valid documentation (GSTIN, PAN, Business Address Proof, Portfolio) for verification. Firstbrix reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

1.3. Subscription Model & Payment:

The subscription fee is payable in advance for the chosen billing cycle.

All subscription prices are inclusive of applicable GST.

All subscription fees are non-refundable.

Access to the lead portal is contingent upon active subscription status.

1.4. Confidentiality: All homeowner leads, project details, and personal information provided by Firstbrix are confidential. You agree not to use this information for any purpose other than to communicate about the specific project and not to circumvent the Firstbrix platform.

1.5. Vendor Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for:

The quality, timing, and legality of the services you provide.

All agreements, contracts, warranties, and payments with the homeowner.

Obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance.

The actions and omissions of your employees, agents, and subcontractors.

1.6. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Firstbrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; or (c) any agreement between you and a homeowner.

1.7. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Firstbrix and its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs (including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to or use of the platform, (b) your violation of this Agreement, or (c) your services provided to a homeowner.

1.8. Dispute Resolution Between Vendor and Homeowner: Firstbrix may, at its sole discretion, provide mediation services to facilitate a resolution between you and a homeowner. However, any such mediation is non-binding. Firstbrix's liability is limited to the facilitation of communication. The final resolution remains the sole responsibility of the involved parties.

1.9. Termination: Firstbrix reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and subscription immediately, without refund, if you breach this Agreement, engage in fraudulent activity, or bring the Firstbrix platform into disrepute.
